Announcement of results of the Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the Company was held today and all resolutions
were passed.
At the meeting the Chairman informed shareholders present that the net asset
value of the Company's shares had risen to 45.3p per share at 30th September
2003 from 33.2p per share at the Company's year-end (30th June 2003), a rise of
36.4%. The Chairman informed the meeting that this was primarily due to the
recent rise in the price of shares and warrants in Finsbury Food Group plc.
The resolution at the Special General Meeting of warrant holders, that followed
the Annual General Meeting, was passed by the required majority.
