Preliminary announcement of unaudited results for the year ended 30th June 2007

In the preliminary results announcement released today the dividend dates were
incorrectly stated.

The dividend of 1.10p per share (2006 - 1.05p) will be paid on Friday, 19th
October 2007 to those members registered at the close of business on Friday,
28th September 2007.
