Company, acquired on 30 June 2004, 34 ordinary shares of 10p each (representing
0.0% of the issued class of capital) at a price of 218.5p each. The shares were
acquired through a dividend re-investment, and are held in the Company's
Corporate ISA Scheme.

Mrs G Leates is now deemed to have a disclosable interest in 2,319 ordinary
shares, representing 0.00% of the issued share capital.
