that his non-beneficial interest in the Company has reduced by 21,645 Ordinary
shares (representing 0.04% of the issued share capital) to 2,314,119 Ordinary
Shares (representing 4.41% of the issued share capital).
J William M Barlow's beneficial holding remains unchanged.
