that his non-beneficial interest in the Company has reduced by 33,942 Ordinary
shares (representing 0.06% of the issued share capital) to 2,280,177 Ordinary
Shares (representing 4.34% of the issued share capital).
J William M Barlow's beneficial holding remains unchanged.
