The Company has been advised that the non-beneficial interest in the Company of
Henry S Barlow, a Director of the Company, has increased by 300,000 Ordinary
shares (representing 0.57% of the issued share capital) to 613,084 Ordinary
Shares (representing 1.17% of the issued share capital).
Henry S Barlow's beneficial holding remains unchanged.
