MAJEDIE INVESTMENTS PLC
As reported in the Chairman's Statement in the Annual Report, the Company
announces that yesterday, following the conclusion of the Annual General
Meeting, Sir John Barlow and David Ritchie both retired as Directors of the
Company. The Board has agreed that in future it will be appropriate for the
needs of the business to have six directors.
