The Company has been advised by AXA Investment Managers UK Ltd that AXA S.A
have decreased their beneficial holding in the Company from 14.84% to 13.89%.

AXA S.A now have a total holding in the Company of 7,544,854 Ordinary shares,
representing 14.36% of the issued share capital. These shares are represented
by a beneficial interest of 7,294,854 shares, representing 13.89% of the issued
share capital and a non-beneficial interest of 250,000 shares, representing
0.48% of the issued share capital.
