Change of Adviser

The Board of MNL announces that it has today been notified that its investment management contract has been assigned by Midas Investment Management Limited ("Midas") to M&L Capital Management Limited ("MLCM").  Midas and MCLM are both wholly owned subsidiaries of M&M Investment Company Plc.  MCLM has been formed as a dedicated part scope Alternative Investment Fund Manager pursuant to the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive.  Midas will continue to advise other investment clients.

There has been no change to the terms of the investment management contract. The Chief Investment Officer with responsibility for MNL continues to be Mark Sheppard, who is supported by the same team.
