Net Asset Value and Performance update
The unaudited fully diluted net asset value per share (including income) was
445.5p as at 9 November 2010.
Manchester & London Investment Trust plc ("MLIT") is pleased to further
announce that its NAV has exceeded £100m for the first time ever.
The long term performance of MLIT has seen net assets per ordinary share grow
from 2.3p in December 1981 to 445.5p as at 9 November 2010, a compound annual
growth rate of 20.12 per cent. Over the same period, the FTSE All-Share Index
has achieved a compound annual growth rate of 7.2 per cent.
