Medoro Announces Extension to Closing of the Andina Acquisition

 

    TORONTO, July 14 /CNW/ - Medoro Resources Ltd. (TSXV/AIM: MRL) announces

that it will extend the closing of the acquisition of Andina Minerals Inc. to

August 31, 2004, or such other date that is mutually agreed upon by the

parties. Given current market conditions, the company has also elected to

defer the previously-announced financing.
