    TORONTO, Oct. 31 /CNW/ - Further to news posted on Stockwatch on

October 28, 2005, Medoro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V/AIM:MRL) did not arrange a

financing. The news was for Medora Resources Inc., a private company, which is

not affiliated with Medoro Resources Ltd.

    Medoro Resources is scheduled to file its third quarter interim financial

statements on or before November 30, 2005, at which time it will provide an
