Medoro Resources Announces Grant of Options

 

    TORONTO, Aug. 18 /CNW/ - Medoro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V/AIM: MRL) announced

today that it has granted a total of 2,075,000 stock options to its directors,

officers and employees at an exercise price of C$0.18. Of the options that

were granted to the company's directors, 450,000 were granted to Michael

Beckett, 200,000 to each of Jose Francisco Arata, Miguel de la Campa, Serafino

Iacono, Gordon Keep and Neil Woodyer and 150,000 to Giuseppe Pozzo. All

options granted cannot be traded prior to December 16, 2004 and are

exercisable until August 16, 2009.
