Medoro Resources Announces Financial Advisory Agreement and Fee
TORONTO, Nov. 25 /CNW/ - Medoro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V/AIM: MRL) announced
today that it has agreed to issue to Endeavour Financial Ltd. 1.0 million
shares for financial advisory services rendered with respect to the recent
disposition of Gold Mines of Sardinia Pty Ltd. to Sargold Resource
Corporation. The issuance of the shares is subject to regulatory approval and,
when issued, will be subject to a four-month hold period during which they
cannot be traded.
The shares issuable to Endeavour are pursuant to a Financial Advisory
Services Agreement dated April 1, 2004 between the company and Endeavour under
which Endeavour provides the company with advice and assistance with regard to
corporate transactions, particularly with respect to financings, acquisitions,
dispositions and similar transactions.
