Medoro Resources Announces Share Consolidation and TSXV Symbol Change
TORONTO, June 1 /CNW/ - Medoro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: MRS, AIM: MRL)
announced that it has consolidated its share capital on a seven for one basis.
The company is now trading on the TSX-V under the new symbol "MRS". Effective
at the opening on May 24, 2006, the shares of the company commenced trading on
the TSX-V on a consolidated basis.
After consolidation, Medoro has approximately 32,102,139 issued and
outstanding shares, not 32,771,782 as previously announced.
Medoro commenced trading on a consolidated basis on the Alternative
Investment Market (AIM) of London Stock Exchange plc., on May 26, 2006, but
maintained its "MRL" symbol.
Medoro Resources is a gold exploration and development company focused on
