MediaZest Plc ("MediaZest" or "the Company" or "the Group"; AIM: MDZ), the
creative digital out-of-home advertising company and audio-visual integrator,
announces that it has received notification today from City & Claremont Capital
Assets Limited ("CCCAL") that CCCAL now beneficially owns 124,866,700 shares in
the Company, representing 20.14 per cent of the current voting capital.
