MediaZest Plc ("MediaZest" or "the Company" or "the Group"; AIM: MDZ), the
creative digital out-of-home advertising company and audio-visual integrator,
announces that it has received the following notifications:

Paul Greenhalgh now beneficially owns 62,000,000 shares in the Company,
representing 10 per cent of the current voting capital.

Paul Crowther now beneficially owns 38,590,909 shares in the Company,
representing 6.22 per cent of the current voting capital.
