MAJOR SHAREHOLDING NOTIFICATION

In compliance with the Transitional Provisions of the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the Company announces that it has received notification
from:-

  * Mr Sean Reel that following a transfer of 888,359 ordinary shares in the
    Company he has a notifiable interest in 1,098,358 ordinary shares of 10p
    each in the Company representing 4.8% of the total voting rights of the
    Company.
   
  * Mrs Emma Reel that she has a notifiable interest in 888,359 ordinary shares
    of 10 pence in the Company representing approximately 3.9% of the total
    voting rights of the Company.
   
The issued share capital of the Company comprises of 22,825,327 ordinary shares
of 10 pence each.
