The Company has today posted to shareholders the Notice of the Annual General
Meeting of MediaZest and accompanying Form of Proxy. The Accounts for the 15
month period to 31 March 2010 will be sent under separate cover within the next
few days. The Notice of the Annual General Meeting and Proxy are available
online through the MediaZest website, www.mediazest.com

The Accounts will also be likewise available at the time of posting along with
the accompanying announcement.
