                     Posting of Annual Report and Accounts                     

The Company has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for
the 15 month period to 31 March 2010 and a notice convening a General Meeting
for 21 October 2010 to approve the Annual Report and Accounts. The Annual
General Meeting will be held on 30 September 2010 as previously notified.
