Product launch and business wins
MediaZest Plc (MediaZest or "the Group"; AIM: MDZ), the creative digital
out-of-home advertising company and audio-visual integrator, announces it has
launched a new "virtual assistant" product in conjunction with Tensator
Limited, global leaders in queue management.
The product is based upon a concept from 3M which MediaZest has been able to
develop further to provide a one stop solution suitable for a wide range of
environments. In partnership with Tensator, the Group expects to be able to
take this product to the global airport and supermarket community.
The first two "Virtual Mannequins" have been deployed at Luton Airport
departure lounge, welcoming travellers to the airport and advising them how to
prepare themselves for speedy departure through security procedures. The launch
was covered by the national and local press including the BBC, ITV, The
Independent, The Telegraph, Metro Newspaper and Heart FM, showcasing this
exciting new development.
MediaZest has received several orders so far for the Virtual Mannequin, in
addition to the first two deployed at Luton Airport, and has a number of other
potential orders in the pipeline. In each case, the Virtual Mannequins will use
a bespoke version of the product uniquely designed by MediaZest in conjunction
with Tensator.
