The Company is pleased to announce that the Company's report and accounts for
the year ended 31 March 2009 and a notice of the Company's annual general
meeting have been sent to shareholders. The annual general meeting is to be
held at The Tower Hotel, St Katharine's Way, London, E1W 1LD at 11 am on 28
October 2009.
