Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 29 April 2013 it purchased
210,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.7025 pence per
share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 24,137,809 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in
issue.
