Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 20 December 2012 it
purchased 207,095 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 69.75
pence per share for cancellation.

Following these purchases there are now 24,560,210 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
in issue.
