Change of company secretary
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc is pleased to announce that following a
reorganisation of the Matrix Group structure, Matrix Private Equity Partners
LLP has been appointed as company secretary in place of Matrix-Securities
Limited on 12 November 2010.
