Directorate change
The Board of Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that Colin Hook has
resigned as Chairman and a director of the Company with effect from 27
September 2010.
His resignation is in order to ensure that the Board is comprised of a majority
of independent directors with effect from 28 September 2010, when the changes
to the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority with regard to directors'
independence come into effect for Venture Capital Trusts.
The Board would like to thank Colin Hook for the invaluable experience,
knowledge and guidance he has brought to the Company since inception in 1999
and in particular for his role as Chairman since 2002. The Board wishes him
well for the future.
Christopher Moore will step down as Audit Committee chairman and become
Chairman of the Company on the same day. Andrew Robson will become Audit
Committee chairman.
