Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 4 April 2007 it allotted and issued 1,554,038 new
Ordinary shares of 1p each under the offer for subscription at a price of
121.18p per share.

Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 19,255,492
Ordinary Shares.

Each Ordinary Share has one vote attached to it. Therefore the total number of
Ordinary Shares in the Company and the total voting rights is 19,255,492. This
figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company
under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
