Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 25 July 2008 it purchased
for cancellation 35,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 103.077 pence per
share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 20,317,925 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
