Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 27 April 2009 it purchased
for cancellation 57,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 83.68 pence per
share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 20,050,800 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
