Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 30 June 2009 it purchased
for cancellation 12,500 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 79 pence per
share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 20,038,300 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
