Purchase of shares for cancellation
Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 2 July 2012 it purchased for
cancellation 123,190 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 100.8721 pence per
share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 28,840,767 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
