Purchase of shares for cancellation
Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 28 June 2013 it purchased
for cancellation 24,144 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 103 pence per
share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 35,238,721 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
