Purchase of shares for cancellation
Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 14 December 2012 it
purchased for cancellation 181,421 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 102
pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 28,589,452 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
