Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc and The Income
& Growth VCT plc

The Boards of Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc
and The Income & Growth VCT plc are pleased to announce that the Linked VCT
Offer for Subscription made by the Companies in their prospectus dated 20
January 2012 has now closed, having raised a total of £15.5 million across the
three Companies.

Investors should note that the Linked Offer was launched under the names of
Matrix Income & Growth VCT plc, Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc and The Income
& Growth VCT plc. The former two companies changed their names to replace the
name "Matrix" with "Mobeus" on 29 June 2012, to reflect a similar change at the
Manager. This change was announced to shareholders on 2 July 2012.
