Responsibility

The Company announces that on 17 January 2013, the following individual
connected to Keith Niven, a director of the Company, was allotted and issued
the numbers of ordinary shares shown below at a deemed issue price of 94.6
pence per share:

Following this transaction, Mr Niven's beneficial interest in the Company
(including these 4,460 shares held by his wife) is 44,558 Shares, amounting to
