Responsibility

The Company announces that on 4 April 2013, the following Directors
participated in the Enhanced Buyback Facility issued by the Company on 25
January 2013.

The number of the Company's own shares bought-back by the Company at a price of
94.2 pence per share and the number of Ordinary Shares allotted and issued at a
price of 97.2 pence per Ordinary Share are shown below:
