Net Asset Value
Matrix Income & Growth VCT plc announces that the unaudited net asset value per
share of the Company as at close of business on 31 December 2011 was 95.59
pence per share.
The Company is planning that the first allotment pursuant to the Matrix VCT
Linked Offer for Subscription launched on 20 January 2012 with The Income &
Growth VCT plc and Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc will be on or around 8
March 2012.
Based on the unaudited NAV per share announced above, the Offer price for this
allotment will therefore be 101.2 pence per share.
