Matrix VCTs Linked Offer for Subscription to raise up to £21 million

The boards of Matrix Income & Growth VCT plc, Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc
and The Income & Growth VCT plc are pleased to announce that the linked offer
for subscription for new ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of each of
the Companies has been extended from 30 April 2011 to 30 June 2011.

Applications will be received up until 12.00 noon on 30 June 2011.

A total of £15.1 million has been raised under the Offer to date.
