Enhanced buyback facility (EBF)

The Board of Mobeus & Growth VCT plc is pleased to announce that the Company
intends to offer to shareholders the opportunity to participate in an enhanced
buyback facility (EBF) in 2013. The facility will provide shareholders with the
opportunity to sell some or all of their shares in the VCT back to the Company
and re-invest the proceeds in new shares in the Company.

Full terms of the EBF are expected to be provided to shareholders in the first
quarter of 2013, at which point a further announcement will be made.
