Matrix Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 16 November 2007, it purchased
a total of 94,069 Ordinary Shares of the Company for cancellation at a price of
100.575 pence per share.

Following this purchase the Company now has 22,009,752 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
