Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 22 August 2012 it purchased
82,850 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 81.75 pence per share
for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 46,515,261 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in
issue.
