Transaction in the Company's own shares

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 13 May 2013 it purchased
79,388 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 82.5 pence per share
for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 53,792,453 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in
issue.
