Transaction in the Company's own shares
Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 29 June 2012 it purchased
65,152 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 79.5 pence per share
for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 46,199,133 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in
issue.
