Transaction in the Company's own shares
Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 29 November 2013 it purchased
335,867 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 86.873 pence per
share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 53,171,206 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in
issue.
