Transaction in the Company's own shares

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 20 March 2014, it purchased
210,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 87 pence per share
for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 56,218,318 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny in
issue.
