group, announces that its Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 May 2004
has now been posted to shareholders and is available for collection from
Williams de Broë Plc, Kings House, 1 King Street, Leeds LS1 2HH.

Accordingly, the suspension of trading in the Company's shares on the
Alternative Investment Market, which had been put in place pending publication
of the Report and Accounts, has now been removed.
