                       Completion of Brand Consolidation                       

Further to the announcement of the Company's final results on 28 May 2014, the
Company announces that the sale of its 20 per cent. holding in Norman Broadbent
Spain completed as anticipated on 30 July 2014. This coincided with the
termination of the licence agreement to use the brand Norman Broadbent. All
funds have been received.

The Company has now regained global control of all the Norman Broadbent
intellectual property following the termination of inherited licences in
Canada, Italy, all North African countries, all Middle Eastern countries and
now Spain (which also operates in Colombia).

The Company is now able to review the strategic value opportunities of brand
Norman Broadbent which the licence terminations have opened up.

Interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2014 are due to be released in
September 2014.
