Nomination for European Small and Mid-Cap Awards
One Media (AIM: OMIP), the digital media content provider which exploits
digital music and video intellectual property rights is pleased to announce
that it has been nominated for European Small and Mid-Cap Awards 2014 "Rising
Stars" award.
The 2014 awards are organised by European Issuers and FESE in cooperation with
the European Commission's DG for Enterprise and Industry (DG ENTR). The Awards
are designed to promote the best practices and success stories of the most
dynamic companies financed by European public capital markets and to celebrate
Europe's most up and coming companies and to highlight the successes of
individual enterprises. The ceremony is organised by the Federation of European
Securities Exchanges.
The winner will be chosen by a high level, independent jury selected by the
European Commission consisting of representatives from the media, academia,
enterprise, and the investment and asset management community and announced
during a high-level Awards Ceremony in Brussels, on 26th November 2014.

consumer led but B2B (Business-to-business) operation looks to exploit its
catalogue of over 200,000+ music tracks and over 7,000 hours of video by
recompiling the content for sale through over 600 digital music and video
stores worldwide. The Company has a team of Creative Technicians, who digitise
the content, create the metadata and re-compile and prepare the digital music &
video releases using bespoke in-house software. Additionally, One Media makes
its library of content available for TV shows, movies, adverts, games and
websites. One Media operates a sync database system that enables music
supervisors to explore the library and select tracks for music briefs. One
Media focuses on music performed by well-known artists from every genre,
including; pop, rock, reggae, R&B, children's music, karaoke, jazz, soul,
blues, rap, hip-hop, gospel, world-music, plus stand-up comedy, spoken-word.
In July 2014 the Group acquired for a consideration of USD$1.6m the Point
Classics classical music library bringing the number to over 10,000 classical
tracks now available to the Group for exploitation. One Media is eligible for
Enterprise Investment Schemes ("EIS") and Venture Capital Trusts ("VCT")
