The Company announces that on 19 December 2023, Steve Xerri, executive director of the Company, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.48 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, Mr Xerri owns 17,420,653 ordinary shares, representing approximately 8.27% of the issued share capital of the Company.
