The Company announces that on 21 November the following directors' dealing took
place:

Peter Morgan, Independent Non-Executive Director purchased 10,000 shares on the
open market at 209.25p per share. This represents 0.02% of the Company's issued
share capital. Following this transaction, Mr Morgan's total shareholding now
amounts to 20,000 shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share
capital.
